RAIN POLICY

It is a well established rule in auto racing, that if six races have ran, the program is considered complete, and if less than six races have ran your rain check will be accepted as admission to a future race this season.


Please Note: Rain checks are not redeemable for cash. Please pick up your rain check ticket as you exit.

What do the Flags Mean?

green flag
GREEN: - Represents start of race, track is clear.
yellow flag
YELLOW FLAG: - Caution, slow down and hold current track position.
red flag
RED FLAG: - STOP! Bad Accident. Track is blocked.
blue flag
BLUE WITH YELLOW STRIPE: - Move over and pick a lane. Usually this flag is shown when you are about to be lapped by lead car.
black flag
BLACK FLAG: - Pull into the pits now. Usually a result of rough driving.
mechanical black flag

MECHANICAL BLACK FLAG: - Your car has mechanical problems go to the pits now!

white flag

WHITE FLAG: - One lap to go for the lead car.

checkered flag
CHECKERED FLAG: - Winner of the race receives it first, it continues to wave while all cars finish.

You will also see the flagman do the following...

When he holds up two crossed flags, it means the race is half over.

When he holds up two rolled up flags in a vertical position, it means there are two laps left.
